At AGENCY H, we believe in putting our money where our mouth is. We believe in being held accountable for producing a positive ROI on your marketing investment with us. We thrive on doing excellent work and keeping the promises we make during our contract negotiation and extensive onboarding process. And because we are experts in inbound marketing and know what it takes to be successful for our clients, we feel very comfortable offering our written guarantee of results.

If AGENCY H agrees to take you on as a client, we will work with you to analyze your current marketing initiatives and website, understand what kind of traffic you are getting to your site and how many sales qualified leads your site is converting every month. With that information we will work with you to establish a set of growth goals based on our monthly retainer and then agree in writing to be held accountable to achieving those goals.

We guarantee that If at 6 months we are not meeting the agreed upon goals, we will suspend the monthly retainer agreement and work for free, until we are back on goal, or for a maximum of 6 months. Once we are back on goal, the agreement will resume from the point of suspension, and run the full 12-month term of the agreement.

I grew up in an entrepreneurial family. My parents took a single tow truck and expanded it into one of the largest towing and recovery fleets in the midwest. They now run heavy duty tow trucks from coast to coast, and occasionally into Mexico and Canada. They didn’t build their business with Angel or VC money, they built it truck by truck and account by account. My Dad was the good ol’ boy shaking hands with the guys at the mechanic shops while my Mom graciously spoke with customers over the phone. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it. And, they never forgot that the customer is always right (even sometimes when they clearly aren’t).

AGENCY H was built in the spirit of what I learned from my parents – their fanatical dedication to customer service.
